Software

Arduino IDE

The easiest way to program a Raspberry Pi MegaPi Hat is with the Arduino IDE. To do this the programming software(avrdude) that is packaged with the Arduino IDE needs to be upgraded to allow the Raspberry Pi General purpose IO pins to program the hat.


Please follow the following steps to Install the latest Arduino IDE on the Raspberry Pi and upgrading it to work with the Hat.
